We are a husband and wife team Penny & Michael. We launched the business in January 2024. Having been in the planning for several years, it was time to take the bull by the horns and see how this business will grow and where it will take us.

We are passionate about healthy living and making the best possible lifestyle choices we can, and so we will bring the best products and experts to you that we believe make a difference, that have influenced us and had a positive impact on our own lives and those of our friends and family.
