Unable to complete my purchase due to some technical glitch with my credit card, I emailed you on a Sunday afternoon and was very impressed to get a helpful response almost at once.

With the problem sorted (no idea what was wrong, no idea what put it right) I completed the purchase of Your-Phyto supplements. They arrived speedily and I am now taking them. I have no quantifiable proof that they’re yet doing me good but I trust the science that lies behind them.
